Corporate History
PLEXIS Services Inc. specializes in freight forwarding management services and is strategically located in Inglewood, California – about two miles north of the Los Angeles Airport and about twenty miles north of Long Beach Harbor. PLEXIS is 100% owned by ST Logistics (USA) – a holding company set up by ST Logistics Pte Ltd in Singapore. ST Logistics is a Singapore registered company with a paid up capital of more than S$300M and a turnover of more than S$280M annually. PLEXIS has been incorporated for more than twenty years since the 6th of January 1988 in the State of Delaware. Our business qualification was certified on the 24th of June 1988 in the State of California.
Over the years, PLEXIS has been established as a reliable brand name and has created a niche in providing 24/7 freight services to Defense-related agencies/companies. The firm has already built a substantial clientele of major American and overseas corporations. Each shipment receives the personal attention of PLEXIS managers who have extensive experience in international transportation and commerce involving Pacific Rim nations.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Certified
Being an Indirect Air Carrier, PLEXIS is certified by Transportation Security Administration of the Department of Homeland Security. All our employees who accept, handle, transport, or deliver cargo have received training regarding their specific security responsibilities.
Customs-Trade Partners Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) Certified
PLEXIS is certified by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) of the Department of Homeland Security and is an active member in this voluntary supply chain security program focusing on improving the security of supply chain with respect to terrorism.
Registration with Directorate of Defense Trade Control (DDTC)
PLEXIS manages the application and usage of export licenses on behalf of the Government of Singapore. Our company is registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Control of the Department of State. We are governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
AESDirect Certified
PLEXIS has successfully completed the AESDirect certification process and has been approved to file Shipper's Export Declaration information with AESDirect since February 2001.
Technology
Track and Trace is a key element in the Supply Chain Process recording the past and present whereabouts of the shipment from PLEXIS to Singapore. PLEXIS uses the innovative Freight Management Information Services UNITY system supported by a team of IT experts based in our parent company, ST Logistics PTE LTD in Singapore. Some of the features of UNITY include Domestic, Import, Export, and Licensing modules.
