Brigadier General (NS) Lim Yeow Beng is currently the President/CEO of ST Logistics Pte Ltd and he is also concurrently appointed as the President of PLEXIS Services Inc. During his 20 years of career in the Singapore Armed Forces, Gen. Lim held various command and staff appointments. Before his retirement, he was the Head of Air Logistics responsible for the total integrated logistics and engineering support for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). Among others, he has led the Air Logistics to support numerous Peace-Time Operations and Humanitarian Relief Missions conducted by the RSAF. Gen. Lim joined SembCorp Logistics Group (now known as Toll Asia) in July 2003 to plan and execute strategic projects to realize the Group’s growth aspirations in Asia. In April of 2007, he was appointed President & CEO of ST Logistics Pte Ltd and Director of Government Business Group to oversee the other public sector logistics business of Toll Asia, namely ST Airport Services, ST Medical Services and ST Logistics (UK). Concurrently, he is also the executive director for a few of the other commercial companies within Toll Asia. Gen. Lim graduated from National University of Singapore with B. Eng (Hons) and M.Sc (Industrial Eng). For his personal and professional development, he attended the Programme for Executive Development by IMD in Switzerland, as well as the prestigious US Air Command and Staff College, emerging as Distinguished Graduate.

Major (NS) Dave Liu took over as the Vice President of PLEXIS Services Inc. and Toll (USA) Inc. in September of 2007. Both Incorporations are 100% owned by ST Logistics Pte Ltd in Singapore through the holding company ST Logistics (USA). Major (NS) Dave Liu has held various command and staff appointments over a period of 25 years career with the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) since 1978. He has received specialized training in various aircraft platforms in the United States and United Kingdom. Apart from his intimate knowledge in various aircraft and air defense platforms, he has also accumulated a wealth of experience in operational logistics through years of participation in numerous multi-lateral exercises in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and many humanitarian medical relief missions across the Asia Region. In July 2004, Major (NS) Dave Liu joined the ST Logistics Group and had held appointments including Depot Manager and Operations Manager with more than 250 staff working round the clock to manage the warehousing, inventory control and distribution network to support the RSAF operations.

Ferry Soen is the Senior Manager (Operations) of PLEXIS Services, Inc. Prior to his current position, he held the appointment of Finance Manager for PLEXIS Services and also Toll (USA). He joined Toll (USA) in 1996 as Finance Manager and in 2000 he also held the same appointment for PLEXIS Services until 2004. In 2005, he took over as Operation Manager of PLEXIS Services. Ferry Soen is majored in Business Administration.
